These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on www.nikkisnesties.co.uk ,the website owned by Nikki’s Nesties , also referred to as ‘We’. Please read them through before placing your order. We may occasionally change these terms without notice to our customers, also referred to as ‘You’ and changes will apply to all subsequent orders. The product offered on this website shall be governed by English Law and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.
Pricing and Payment
The price charged and the one you pay is the price displayed on our website at the time we receive your order. If however we discover an error in the price of goods ordered, we will write to you and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the new price or cancelling your order.
Payment in full is due at the time of placing your order. Online orders must be paid for by PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer. All payments will be made in pounds sterling all orders placed on our website will be acknowledged by e-mail. (please check Junk if not received within one hour of ordering)
Guarantee and Returns Policy
Delivery applies to UK Mainland addresses only using Parcelforce. We state the likely delivery time in the order confirmation email. We aim to make deliveries within 10 days, but please allow up to 14 days. If an item is not currently in stock, you will be advised when you place your order or soon after. All delivery dates provided are estimates and we shall not be liable to make good any damage or loss of whatever nature arising directly or indirectly from delay in delivery. Once goods are delivered to your designated address they become your sole responsibility and we shall not be liable for any loss or damage to goods thereafter.
Refunds and Exchanges
Any defective goods or discrepancy noted need to be notified as soon as possible to Nikki’s Nestie Telephone Number 07979366929. If this is done within a reasonable timescale, we will make arrangements to collect, replace or refund your purchases. No refund or replacement can be made on goods, which have been altered in any way.
If, on receipt of your order, if you are unhappy with your purchase, you may cancel the contract within 7 days of taking delivery of the goods by notifying Nikki’s Nesties in writing. (email firstname.lastname@example.org) You may return the item at your cost or pay for our courier to collect it (the cost of collection is £15 and collection can ONLY be done from UK mainland addresses) for a full refund of the goods as long as the item is not soiled, damaged or has been altered in any way. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
The returned products must be returned in the exact same condition as when bought. All items will be inspected upon arriving back at Nikki’s Nesties. Exchanges / Refunds will only be completed if we are satisfied with the condition of the returned products.
Beds made bespoke in regards to size, shape or fabrics can not be returned unless they suffer from a manufacturing defect.
Cancellation of Order
If you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery, we will be pleased to give you a full refund. Refunds will only be made once the items have been collected and received in perfect condition. The time limit for returns is 14 days. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Cleaning instructions are provided on our website and we shall not in any event be liable for any damage caused indirectly or directly by our goods by incorrect cleaning procedures.
Guarantees and disclaimer
Nikkis Nesties can not take any responsibility for harm caused by dogs or any other animal chewing and/or ingesting any of our products. We do not claim our products to be indestructible although they are very tough.
We keep a record of all sales processed through all websites owned by Nikki’s Nesties. All personal data is security stored, although no financial details are held.
We follow strict security measures; we do not pass on, or sell any information to third parties. We may from time to time contact you by e-mail with any current offers or promotions that we think may be of interest to you.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
