Nesties were first created all the way back in 2015, when founder Nikki realised that pet beds would only last around three months. She felt there was a need for beds that were super comfy for her pets, but also very sturdy and would see a pet happy from puppy to senior. Despite only originally making one for herself and a friend, Nikki and her husband Ric now make thousands of Nesties for many happy pets every year. With everything being handmade from start to finish, and all the best quality, hard-wearing materials being used, quality is guaranteed. A lot of passion and care are put into every Nestie made, ensuring your pet has a cosy bed fit for your best friend.
The Nikki's Nesties Difference.
Here at Nikkis Nesties, we ensure all of our materials are 100% genuine and as sturdy as possible. Our thread is specially ordered to ensure it will never rot or fray, our fabric is robust and our stuffing sofa-grade. We do this to ensure that the bed is comfortable, but will also last for, on average, over 5 years. We have had customers with Nesties since 2016 that are still in near-perfect condition. With a Nestie that is used for 5 years before being replaced, the average cost per year comes to around £25, which is a lot cheaper than buying a bed every 3 months. Nesties are designed to withstand endless digging, and ragging around the place, without losing their shape. With the wipe clean interior, Nesties can be used from puppy to senior without the worry of bed wetting, as a simple cover change and wipe of the interior leaves no trace of any accidents.
