Deliveries

Order to delivery is between 10 & 14 days… Remember all Nesties are made to order.

Neckie orders received by 1pm are made an sent the same day Monday – Friday.

Delivery is £10 for Nesties, Flat beds, replacement wall or mattresses delivered in the UK mainland, £4.75 for blankets and spare cover and £5.75 for Neckies we use Parcelforce 24 HR Insured service for Nesties, and Royal Mail 48 HR tracked for blankets and spare covers and 24 HR tracked for Neckies, as soon as your order is completed and ready to send we will email you and also a tracking email from the courier if relevant.

Our Courier Service UK Mainland

All of our parcels are despatched using Parcelforce’s expert network of drivers who offer a 1 hour text notification service to all customers prior to delivery.

Parcelforce will make every effort to deliver to the address on the parcel or to an appropriate neighbour. If nobody is available, the parcel will be taken to a nearby Post Office where it can be collected within 16 days, this provides a real alternative for those not at home to accept delivery.

Nesties delivered to Northern Ireland, Highlands and Scottish islands will incur an additional delivery charge of £10, postal delivery’s will not incur any additional charge.

Easy Access vs. Original – we designed the Easy Access with the older dog in mind, or those with mobility problems, the rule of thumb is, if your dog can get on the sofa then opt for the Original otherwise opt for the Easy Access, for puppies we recommend the Original, whilst they may struggle for the first couple of weeks they will soon learn how to get in and out with ease, and its a nice safe place to put them the first couple of weeks in their new home.

Returns

Please contact enquiries@nikkisnesties.co.uk to arrange a courier collection.

We will email you back with further instructions and we will arrange for the courier to come to collect the product you wish to return.

Please note: we will refund the price of the item to the purchaser once it is received by us. A refund of the returning delivery charge will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods when all the items are returned.

To ensure that your refund is processed as quickly as possible, please follow the procedures below.

Return the product in its original packaging;
Pack the product to avoid damage during returns transit;
Include your despatch note or your name, address, phone number, order number and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
