Neckies are non returnable
Sizing: choose the size nearest to your dogs measurements, if your dog is between sizes choose the nearest size and in the notes at checkout add the measurements you require and we will adjust to these measurement.
Max depth we make them is 30cms
Soft collars are fully washable at 30• (close Velcro for washing it prolongs its life) and tumble dry on a med heat. You will need to use a soft nylon collar through the loops to keep the Neckie in place
NOTE TO Brachycephalic DOG OWNERS – the ‘short’ length is suitable for Brachycephalic Dogs – Pugs, French Bulldogs & Bulldogs especially for post knee surgery where the collar is used long term, for paw lickers & eye surgeries we recommend the ‘long’.
Size guide: The small is suitable for a Pug, the Medium a French Bulldog and the Large a Bulldog. (This is guide only your dog maybe smaller or larger than the standard, so always best to measure your dog for the best fit).
The Neckies weights are approx XS 150g, Small Short 250g, Small Long 300g, Med Short 340g, Med Long 400g, Med XL 500g Large Short 450g, Large Long 500g, XL 600g
All collars are made and posted Royal Mail Tracked 24 the day of order (weekdays) if received by midday
Neckies are non refundable, we will exchange if the size your ordered doesn't fit
